ZF appoints Milan Šesták as Managing Director of ZF Slovakia and Plant Manager Chassis Solutions Levice
- Appointment strengthens leadership stability and transformation agenda across ZF’s Slovakian operations.

Levice, Slovakia – ZF Group has appointed Dipl. Ing. Milan Šesták as Managing Director of ZF Slovakia, a.s., effective end of 2025.
He has been serving as Plant Manager of the Chassis Solutions sites in Levice and Šahy since early 2025. In this role, Milan Šesták is responsible for the overall management of ZF’s legal and operational footprint in Slovakia, as well as the strategic and operational leadership of the Chassis Solutions production sites in Levice and Šahy.
As Managing Director of ZF Slovakia, a.s., Milan Šesták oversees ZF plants across the Aftermarket, Chassis Solutions and Electrified Powertrain Technology divisions located in Slovakia. In addition, he serves as Country Manager with responsibility for shared service backoffice and support functions within the region. As Plant Manager Chassis Solutions Levice, he leads the production sites focusing on the assembly of conventional and adaptive shock absorbers in Levice and welding operations in Šahy.
Milan Šesták brings more than 26 years of experience in manufacturing, quality and general management roles, including 16 years of full Profit & Loss responsibility in complex, fastchanging industrial environments. His career includes senior leadership positions at companies such as IKEA Industry, Emerson, TRW and ZF, where he has spent the past seven years in various top management functions.
His professional background is rooted in quality management, progressing through plant leadership to general management roles with responsibility for multiple production sites and shared service organizations. He holds a degree in Enterprise Management from the Technical University in Zvolen and has further expanded his education through Harvard studies in the United States and strategic management studies at Nottingham Trent University.
In his new position, Milan Šesták will focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening leadership capabilities, and ensuring ZF Slovakia remains a competitive, resilient and highperforming part of ZF’s global network.
