ZF Aftermarket Expands TRW Chassis Line, Extending NA Coverage to an Additional 54 Million Vehicles in Operation in 2025
- ZF Aftermarket added 27 new parts to its TRW chassis product portfolio in July, extending coverage to an additional 22.2 million vehicles in operation (VIOs)
- The number of new TRW chassis parts issued in 2025 now totals 176, expanding coverage to a total of 54 million additional VIOs year to date
- ZF has expanded its overall parts portfolio with 250 new products for vehicles in the U.S. and Canada in 2025, including significant additions to its braking, chassis, ride control and drivetrain product lines, extending coverage to an additional 67.4 million VIOs
NORTHVILLE, MI – ZF Aftermarket is expanding the TRW chassis product portfolio in 2025 adding 176 new chassis products and extending coverage to approximately 54 million additional vehicles in operation in the US and Canada this year. In July alone, the company released 27 new TRW suspension products for an additional 22.2 million VIOs. Combined with ZF’s steering, braking, ride control, powertrain and other offerings, the added chassis products enhance ZF’s vast portfolio of OE-engineered parts for the North America passenger car aftermarket.
TRW’s new chassis SKUs include control arm and tie rod assemblies and components, ball joints and related products for a broad range of vehicles including Buick, Chrysler, Ford, Hyundai, Honda, Lexus, Scion and Toyota models. The parts are engineered to original equipment specifications to meet the highest safety standard.
July’s new products also included nine new ZF Transmission Filter kits and related parts for Audi, Mitsubishi, Tesla and Volkswagen model vehicles.
