ZF Expands EPS Production Capacity in China
- ZF Automotive Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. , signed an investment agreement on the second phase of the expansion of electronic power steering systems with Shanghai Anting Economic Development Centre.
- The cooperation aims to further expand the production scope and capacity of EPS system in China, and the project is expected to start volume production by the end of 2025.

Shanghai, China. On November 29, ZF Automotive Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of ZF Group, signed an investment agreement with Shanghai Anting Economic Development Center, for the second phase of the expansion of electronic power steering systems, to further expand the production scope and capacity of EPS system products in China. It is worth noting that this is the second production expansion after the first agreement in July 2022, which was completed in May 2023. The continuous expansion of production in China fully demonstrates ZF’s determination to be in China and further promote localization.
