Dr. Thomas Schulze joins the ZF Supervisory Board

  • Annual General Meeting elects the Chairman of the Board of Management of the Ulderup Foundation as its representative on the Supervisory Board
  • Schulze succeeds the late Dr. Joachim Meinecke

Friedrichshafen, Germany. ZF Friedrichshafen AG recently elected Dr. Thomas Schulze to its Supervisory Board as the representative of the Dr. Jürgen and Irmgard Ulderup Foundation. Dr. Schulze, who leads the foundation as Chairman of the Board, assumed the position with immediate effect. As a representative of the capital side, Dr. Schulze will initially serve until the end of the current term of office in March 2028. The election became necessary following the passing of Dr. Joachim Meinecke, the long-time representative of the second ZF shareholder on the Supervisory Board, besides the Zeppelin Foundation. The 20-member ZF Supervisory Board is now complete once again.
