ZF Gearbox GPT4F - ZF Industrieantriebe Witten GmbH presents the Next Generation of the Successful Gearbox Series GPT 
Following the ZF slogan The Future of Construction, ZF Industrie-antriebe Witten GmbH contributes particularly to the megatrend "efficiency". Due to the high torque ranges, from 160 up to 600 kNm and beyond, an efficiency increase of the gearbox very quickly has positive effects on the consumption balance as well as on the entire life cycle of the machines.
At ConExpo 2020, ZF will be presenting the next generation of drive gearboxes GPT4F for large construction machinery and crawler cranes from 80 to >200 tons machine weight.
In close cooperation with the development capacities of the ZF R&D network, significant efficiency increases of up to 20% have been achieved through advanced design processes as well as calculations and simulations based on the very latest FEM methods.
In addition to the implemented product innovations such as optimized tooth flanks, modified structural components or balanced bearing concepts, these innovations result in further significant advantages for our customers. Expanded application options on the construction site, reduced energy consumption, increased reliability and service life - means in all cases: increased efficiency and ultimately reduced TCO!
