Driving Sustainable Mobility: ZF Presents Its Latest Technologies at Bus2Bus

At the event, ZF will debut its new driveline condition‑monitoring and predictive maintenance software. Integrated into ZF’s latest electric mobility driveline, the portal axle AxTrax 2 LF, this system health check solution analyzes the e-drive data in real time for fleets and vehicle manufacturers. It enables predictive condition monitoring, improves vehicle availability and lowers total operating costs through early fault detection and predictive maintenance.

Also on show will be ZF’s CeTrax 2 dual electric central drive for intercity and coaches. Delivering up to 380 kW continuous power and achieving at least 94.5% efficiency, the system is designed for demanding long‑distance duty cycles and optimized for performance.

Complementing the driveline portfolio at the booth will be ZF’s next‑generation rear driven axle, the A134. Developed to meet the higher weight and torque demands of next‑generation of conventional and electrified vehicle platforms, the axle provides improved recuperation capability and reduced weight while maintaining compatibility with existing installation points. The A134 supports higher vehicle efficiency, improved energy recovery and greater integration flexibility.

The ZF booth at Bus2Bus can be found in Hub 27, Booth 250.
