ZF Supervisory Board extends contract of CFO Michael Frick
- Supervisory Board underlines confidence in financial leadership

Friedrichshafen, Germany. The ZF Friedrichshafen AG Supervisory Board has extended the contract of Chief Financial Officer Michael Frick until end of May 2031. The decision was taken at the Supervisory Board meeting on March 18, 2026, and comes at an important moment in ZF’s transformation.
Dr. Rolf Breidenbach, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, explained the decision: “The extension reflects the trust in Michael Frick’s financial leadership and sends a sign of stability to employees, customers, and the capital market, particularly in a phase where financial discipline and a clear path to debt reduction are essential.”
CEO Mathias Miedreich emphasized the value of continuity within the Board of Management: “I look forward to continuing the good team work in the Board. Michael Frick and I share the same focus on performance and strong execution as we progress on our ascent.”
