ZF’s I/O Interface Chip for Automotive HPC with SiliconAuto Controller integrates all required automotive sensor‑interface IP with System-on‑Chip sensor pre‑processing, including ultra‑low‑latency 4K camera ISPs and integrated radar signal pre‑ and post‑processing. These functions are controlled and supervised by SiliconAuto’s advanced XMotiv™ M3 Controller, which handles fast boot, housekeeping, power sequencing, clock control, and reset supervision.
